Google's new programming language "Go" infringes on an already existing language that is 10 years old. Dubbed Issue 9, Francis McCabe's complaint is gaining internet popularity and support. The title page of Google's Go tutorial is "Let's Go"
, the same title as Francis's book. He has a pretty good legal leg to stand on, with a published book and tons of documented research. If only there was some way the internet-indexing monolith could have sought out similarly named languages.

Will Google, and their credo of "Don't be evil", respect this man's work, or brush him aside with pure legal strength?
